I started EZ Agents to provide an updated and innovative way for buyers to approach their home purchase while also providing them significant financial value. My goal is to disrupt an outdated industry model while also providing top notch service and fair compensation to my buyers.
Despite the explosion of the internet – which has given buyers the ability to take more ownership of home buying process and rely less on agents – the model of using an agent and specifically the commissions received by real estate agents have not changed.
Buyers are more engaged and more empowered than ever, yet agents are receiving the same compensation for doing less work. My model corrects this imbalance while making sure my buyers have an outstanding home buying experience.
As a second-generation real estate agent, the passion for helping people find homes was already installed in me at an early age. However, the lack of innovation within the industry I had seen throughout my career was something I could not understand.
Personally, I would much rather spend my time doing the part of my job that I love. Helping people buy the home of their dreams, not running all over town meeting strangers and unlocking doors. EZ Agents allows me to help more clients while also providing them a substantial financial benefit – an easy win/win in my book.
In addition to myself, I have a team of agents, transaction coordinators and new construction specialists to ensure a smooth transaction from start to finish.
