The BEST thing you can do is contact us before you start your home buying process.
Unfortunately, if another buyers agent has already shown you the home you wish to purchase, we cannot represent you.

Speak to a mortgage lender and get pre-approved. This will allow you to know exactly how much house you can afford, what your monthly payments will be, as well as what you need in savings to start the process.

You are welcome to work with any mortgage company and
lender you'd like. We are also happy to recommend some
professionals we trust.

Already found the home? Contact us now!

Nowadays almost all the information regarding homes for sale can be found online. We encourage you to use sites like Zillow, Trulia, or Realtor.com to find the homes you are interested in, based on your pre-approval. If you’d like, we can also set you up on a saved email search that will email you new homes as soon as they become available.

View the home

If you see a home online, contact us immediately and we will arrange for a licensed showing agent to show you the home at a day and time that is convenient for you. Please note that working with EZ Agents requires you to pay a small fee for your own showing assistant. This is how we are able to keep our costs low and provide the commission split that we offer.

Open houses are another great way to view the home at your leisure.

Please DO NOT contact other buyers’ agents off of sites like Zillow, Trulia, or Realtor.com to request a showing. If you have been working with an agent that is showing you homes, unfortunately we cannot work with you and offer our services. It is not our intention to solicit business from other agents or have them show you homes with no compensation for their time.

Once you have a home that you have decided you would like to put an in offer in on, please contact us immediately. We will contact the listing agent on your behalf and work with you to determine the best offer price and terms and get your offer submitted.

Go Under Contract!

Once your offer has been submitted and accepted your agent will guide you through the rest of the negotiations until closing.

Upon successful closing, you will receive a cash rebate on your settlement statement of 50% of the buyers agency commission that we collect.*

What’s the difference?

The major difference between EZ Agents and a traditional agent is that we do not personally show you homes. We outsource this to other licensed agents and our buyers pay a small fee that goes directly to those agents. By saving a significant amount of time not personally showing homes, we are able to be more available to our clients and work with more buyers at less commission. It also allows us to provide the significant commission rebate back to our buyers – an easy win/win in our book.

As a result, we also write and negotiate a lot more offers than a typical agent and thus we have a great understanding of the current market and what it takes to write a winning offer. Rest assured your dedicated agent will be with you every step of the way to answer any questions and guide you through the process from start to finish.
