What about the buyer's agent commission?

Under the new rules following the NAR settlement, buyer agent commissions are now negotiated as part of the purchase offer.  While we will absolutely discuss buyer agent compensation during our in-person meeting, the reality is this: buyers and their agents will now include their requested commission—who pays it and how much—as part of the offer itself.

How can you sell my home for free?

EZ Agents is Denver's #1 Rebate Realtor and we offer Colorado's biggest buyer commission rebate by splitting our commission with you 50/50. This is generally a savings of 1.25 to 1.4% of your purchase price. If you are in a position where you need to both buy and sell, we may be able to provide you a rebate on the buy side that will completely offset your costs to us on the listing side depending on price point and other factors.
