Search online on your time.
Find your home online on your time using your favorite home search site. Then contact us directly to arrange a showing. For a small fee of $25 we will arrange for a licensed showing assistant to meet you at the home at your desired date and time.
(Please note that we use a third party showing service. Showing agents are paid $50 a showing for their time but we split this fee with you 50/50 – same as the commission)
Schedule showings on demand
In this fast paced market it is essential to be able to see homes as soon as they hit the market or they may go under contract. All you need to do is call or text us directly to schedule showings. Since we use a third party showing service you don't have to worry about whether or not we are busy at that time.

Once you find the home you love, you'll work directly with Steve Novak to handle all aspects of of the transaction from offer to close. Including:
- Submitting the offer
- Negotiating the terms
- Navigating inspection and appraisal
- Closing on the home

At closing we split the commission 50/50. Saving you thousands in closing costs and fees. Our average buyer rebate is over $8,000 and we do not cap our rebate!
