Is Our 1% Listing Fee the Right Fit?

Our 1% listing fee is designed to give sellers direct access to one of Colorado's top Realtors while keeping listing fees as low as possible.

To maintain that level of service at a lower fee, we are selective about the listings we take on. Homes generally need to be well-maintained, reasonably prepared for professional marketing, and a good fit for our efficient, full-service listing model.

For the right sellers, we provide full-service representation, strong marketing, experienced negotiation, and direct access throughout the process — all at a lower listing fee than the traditional model.

Please note that there are no upfront costs to work with us, and we do not charge hidden backend transaction fees. All listing expenses come out of our commission, and we only receive a commission in the event of a successful closing. As a result, our 1% listing fee is subject to a $7,500 minimum commission.
