Per the new rules following the NAR settlement, buyer's agent commissions are negotaited as part of the purchase offer. So while we will certainly discuss the buyers agent's commission at our in person meeting, the reality is buyers and their agents will submit who pays their agent and what they will be paid as part of their purchase offer and will be determined then.
At EZ Agents we offer Colorado's biggest buyer commission rebate. If you are in a position where you need to both buy and sell we may be able to provide you a rebate on the buy side that will completely offset your costs to us on the listing side depending on price point and other factors.
