Register your agent before your first visit
- Toll Brothers: your agent must be registered at your first visit, and that registration protects the agent for 90 days.
- If you walk into the Piney Trail Estates sales office or model on your own first, Toll Brothers may treat you as an unrepresented buyer. You can lose the ability to have an agent paid, and with it your rebate.
- To be safe, call us before you submit a builder interest form or book a tour, so we can register you first.
The simple fix: call us before you visit. We register you with Toll Brothers ahead of your first appointment and can be there with you. Then tour at your own pace.
