Do you need a Realtor to buy in Pradera?
No, you can buy directly from Celebrity Homes without an agent. But the builder’s sales team represents the builder, and on new construction the builder pays the buyer’s agent commission. With EZ Agents registered before your first visit, you get your own advocate on contract, negotiation, inspections and closing, plus 50% of our commission back.
The catch is timing. Once you walk into a sales office alone, the builder may treat you as unrepresented, and you can lose the ability to have an agent paid. No agent paid means no rebate.
About Pradera
Pradera is a private golf course community in Douglas County, between Parker and Castle Rock, with a Parker address. It is reached from Bayou Gulch Road, east of Highway 83 (Parker Road). The new home sales office is at 5380 Soledad Circle, and the Denver Tech Center is roughly 25 minutes away.
The community was master planned on about 1,500 acres, with more than 600 acres of parks and open space tied together by trails, according to planner Community Development Group. The plan called for roughly 825 single-family homes. Celebrity Homes, part of Celebrity Communities, is the developer and the final builder, now selling semi-custom and custom homes on the remaining homesites.
The centerpiece is The Club at Pradera, a private club with a golf course designed by Jim Engh, known for dramatic elevation changes across the natural terrain. The club, operated by Arcis Golf, adds a clubhouse with dining, fitness, racquet sports and event space. The club offers its own golf and social membership options.
Community amenities include a community center with a resort-style pool and spray play area, athletic fields, basketball and inline hockey courts, parks, playgrounds and miles of hiking and biking trails. Pradera has an HOA. Homes are in the Douglas County School District.
