Do you need a Realtor to buy in The Summit at Castle Pines?
No, you can buy directly from Trumark Homes without an agent. But the builder pays a buyer’s agent commission either way, and the sales team represents the builder. With EZ Agents registered before your first visit, you get your own advocate on contract, negotiation, inspections and closing, plus 50% of our commission back as a rebate.
At this price point, that rebate can be significant. The catch is timing. Once you walk into a sales office alone, the builder may treat you as unrepresented, and you can lose the ability to have an agent paid. No agent paid means no rebate.
About The Summit at Castle Pines
The Summit at Castle Pines is a neighborhood of 50 luxury single-family homes by Trumark Homes inside The Village at Castle Pines, a gated community in Douglas County with 80108 addresses. The Village sits off I-25 and Highway 85 at Happy Canyon Road. It is about 15 minutes from the Denver Tech Center and about 40 minutes from downtown Denver and Denver International Airport, according to the Village.
The Village at Castle Pines covers about 2,800 acres with roughly 1,900 homes and five staffed gates. It is home to two private Jack Nicklaus golf courses: the Country Club at Castle Pines and Castle Pines Golf Club. Village amenities include about 13 miles of paved, groomed and natural trails, the Canyon Club with tennis and pickleball courts, the Summit Club with a zero-entry pool, and the Village Fitness Center with a lap pool. The Castle Pines Homes Association manages the Village and its Design Review Committee.
At The Summit, Trumark offers four plans in ranch and two-story designs. Homes run about 4,116 to 5,764 square feet with 3 to 5 bedrooms and 3-car garages, and options include finished basements, outdoor kitchens and second-level pop tops on several plans. Some homesites back to open space.
The Summit is served by Douglas County School District. Trumark lists Buffalo Ridge Elementary, Rocky Heights Middle School and Rock Canyon High School. Confirm school assignments with the district for a specific address.

Which builders are building in The Summit at Castle Pines?
Trumark Homes is the only builder at The Summit at Castle Pines, with four floor plans called Residence 1 through Residence 4. We did not find any other production builder currently selling new homes inside The Village at Castle Pines. Other new homes in the Village are custom homes built on individual lots.
Does Trumark Homes pay a buyer agent commission at The Summit?
The builder pays a co-op commission to a buyer’s agent who is properly registered. The rate is not published and can vary, so we confirm it with the builder before you sign a contract. That commission is what funds your 50% rebate.
Can I still get a rebate if I already visited the model?
It depends on the builder’s registration rules. Trumark Homes does not publish its rules, and many builders require the agent to be registered before or at the first visit. If you visited alone, call us and we will check, but registration may already be lost.
