About Willow Bend
Willow Bend is a master-planned neighborhood of single-family homes in north Thornton, Adams County, at the northwest corner of E. 144th Avenue and Holly Street. The Lennar sales address is 5276 E. 146th Court, Thornton, CO 80602. E-470 is under two miles away, and I-25 is a short drive west, which puts Denver, Boulder and Denver International Airport within reach.
Lennar is the builder here. It bought the original 327 platted lots in 2017, averaging about 8,000 square feet each, from an affiliate of True Life Companies. The neighborhood’s metro district describes Willow Bend as 494 single-family homes, with an 8-acre city park inside the neighborhood. Lennar lists trails, a playground, a basketball court and parks among the community amenities.
Shopping is close by: a King Soopers center sits about 1.5 miles away, and The Orchard Town Center and Denver Premium Outlets are just west along I-25. Thorncreek Golf Course and Thornton’s Trail Winds Park are also nearby. The neighborhood is served by School District 27J.
Lennar is currently selling two collections. The Monarch Collection offers five plans from about 2,200 to 2,760 square feet. The Grand Collection offers four larger plans from about 3,010 to 3,880 square feet, all with three-car garages, including Lennar’s SuperHome and SuperHome SL plans.

Register your agent before your first visit
